We do technology. Simply.
Nexcentric exists because too many Australian businesses are paying for IT they don't understand, from providers they can't get on the phone. We built the alternative we'd want to use ourselves.
Our story
Nexcentric Pty Ltd is a local Australian IT provider based in Gympie, Queensland, supporting businesses across the state and nationally.
Our approach hasn’t changed since day one: scope the need, simplify the system, then help the business grow. We document what you have, find the reliability and security gaps, and build the simplest thing that solves them properly.
We’re the sister company to NATC in New Zealand, which means shared engineering standards, shared tooling, and one consistent service for businesses operating on both sides of the Tasman.
Most of what we do is invisible when it’s working. That’s the point.

Director, Nexcentric
“Clients come to us frustrated by slow providers, disjointed systems and security risks — and stay because we bring everything together, explain things clearly, and make technology feel easy.”hello@nexcentric.com.au
Four things we don't compromise on
Simple beats clever
Over-complicated systems cause cost blowouts and security gaps. We design the simplest setup that meets the requirement, then document it so anyone can pick it up.
Say it in plain English
If we can't explain a recommendation without jargon, we don't understand it well enough to be recommending it. You should never have to nod along in a meeting.
Fix it permanently
Anything we've fixed twice gets automated or engineered out. Recurring tickets are a design problem, not a support workload.
Own the whole picture
One partner accountable across support, security, cloud and automation. No gaps between vendors for problems to fall into.
