Pick a time that suits you
Thirty minutes with an engineer who'll tell you what's worth fixing, what it costs, and what can wait. No obligation, and you keep the written summary either way.
Prefer not to use the embedded calendar?
Some browsers and managed work devices block embedded calendars. You can open the booking page directly, or just call us — either works.
What happens on the call
Thirty minutes, not ninety
We keep to the time. If we need longer we'll book it separately rather than run over on a call you scheduled around.
You'll speak to an engineer
Not a call centre and not a script. Someone who can answer technical questions properly on the call itself.
A written summary you keep
What we found and what we'd do about it, in writing — yours whether or not you go any further with us.
No obligation, no pressure
If you're better off staying where you are, we'll tell you that. It's a faster way for us to find the clients we can genuinely help.
Worth having to hand
None of this is required — we can work it out on the call. It just means we spend the half hour on answers rather than questions.
- Roughly how many staff use a computer day to day
- Who looks after your IT now — internal, external, or nobody in particular
- Anything specific prompting this: a breach, an audit, a tender, a bad experience
- Whether you have servers on site, or you're fully in Microsoft 365
If you’d rather not wait
Call us instead
A booking is the easiest way to get a proper block of time. But if something is broken right now, the phone is faster.
